Hello everyone. I know I know it has been forever (yet again). I have been very busy as of late. Prelim exams just ended and now is the start of the midterm season (not the exam though).
I just wanted to drop by yet again to let you guys know how things have been going with my 68-day challege with Jade.
Though I havent been updating much, I have been trying to get this challenge done (even during my busy schedules) I had to give up blogging for a while in order to accomodate everything else I had to do which includes going to the gym.
Right now am finally below the 60kg mark and it wasn’t easy getting there. I felt like I have been on this yo-yo plateau for the longest time. But finally after stopping gym and starting back to gym I got my weight to nudge a bit.
I cant wait to start making video blogs again with Kawaii Fitness. I need to focus more on this blog and getting more content up again.

Well hello there Kawaii Fitsters! its been 18 days since I last updated its been such a roller coaster ride with me and juggling my schedules. School, work, gym. I cant even blog anymore because i am so filled with too many things. Lesson learned, I will only take up a few subjects next semester so that I have time to do what I want and have to do that is aside from school.
Im sorry this is a very lame and short update. I just stole some time to let you know Im still alive and kicking. on my next post will be some progress photos.
Well hello there Kawaii Fitsters! it is day 50 for me and this is the half way mark of my 100 days. it usually this last half that is always the hardest. So I’m kicking it off by joining this event at our gym.
So it is a 6 week challenge. roughly about 42-ish days perfect for the remaining time I have on my hands. if i win this I get cash prize which is a big deal for me because that prize money will go to my cosplay this October!! I NEED MONEY FOR MY COSPLAY! hahahah! So there. I’ll be talking with my trainer about this and I hope he whips my butt some more. I am half way there but I need that extra little push because it seems I have hit yet another plateau. So wish me luck you guys!
Here was my food intake for Day 50:
Breakfast: 2 sunny side ups and red rice, Snack: ramyun (Korean noodles) and a mango smoothie Lunch: red rice and creamy chicken with broccoli Dinner: chicken burrito and a surfer’s green smoothie.
Well hello there Kawaii Fitsters! Lara here again with another blog post. So I bought a weighing scale for my birthday… and ever since I have been obsessed with it (sad to say). I have had a very bad relationship with it in the past. It was a great factor in my previous disordered eating a few years ago (which I have gotten over), now it is there to test me and my strength.
I know a lot of you out there are being controlled by what is written on that scale, but remember IT IS JUST A NUMBER. I have to keep reminding myself that as well. Since I weight lift, I am much heavier but my dress size shrinks. Sometimes I still freak out at the higher number on it but I have to remind myself that muscles weigh more than fat.

As you can see, though their after photos says bigger on the scale, but their bodies are much more lean and toned. HOORAH for muscles. So this serves as a reminder for me and for everyone else, that numbers on the scale aren’t everything. You’ll be surprised to see that though you are “heavier” (says scale-sama) you look better because of muscle growth and tone. :)
Before I end this post. here is a photo of my lunch in university (yes I have packed lunch just so that I have some semblance of control over my food. And then here is a horrid photo (selfie) of me being all “STAY AWAY FROM ME BECAUSE I AM EATING LUNCH WHILE DOING MY ECON HOMEWORK” heeheehee.

I have to be very honest with you all, it has been so hard going on this journey, its been very very SLOW but the results are there. Right now I’m having a bit of a set back because the semester just started and vacation is over. So in the meantime my gym life is at a stand still. I can’t go until I get used to the schedule of my new classes. I need to see which days I am most capable of doing my workouts and at what time is the best for me without compromising school or workouts.
That being said, everyday that is all i think about. “Gym gym gym gym gym.” I want to go to the gym so badly and I can’t wait for this week and the next week to be over so i can have my fitness life back. So right now Im just focusing on my eating habits (the hardest part of all).
I’m going to keep this short. I did my first drawing thinga-ma-bob up there!!! eeeheehee I really suck at drawing but Im trying. Thanks to JADE for urging me to do it. Its crappy but cute. :P hahahahaha!
