Your workout routine.

- I don’t really have a workout routine at the moment but this is part of what I have been drafting for a few days now.
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays is Free Running in the park
- Mondays, Thursdays, Saturday and Sunday its Dancing
- I’d like to get back into doing the Claudia Schifferer’s Complete Upper body workout, but maybe I will start doing that when I’ve reached my G.W.#3 because at that point I know for a fact that I will be Plateauing.
